Export / Import coordinator…:

 

1. Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports with internal team.
2. Working on raw data and manipulation accordingly the need of report.
3. Working closely with Buyer and internal team for data validation.
4. Working with Freight Forwarder team daily/weekly for reporting part.
5. Working with CHA closely to maintain/validate each import and export transaction.
6. Preparing Dashboards using multiple reports.
7. Importing raw materials from different suppliers from China and other countries.
8. Exporting finish goods materials.
9. Preparing and validating each import and export delivery.
10. Maintaining each record of import and export jobs.
11. Working closely with internal teams to knock off each logistics transactions.
12. Keeping updated with global information related to Logistics world.
