GETTING A FLYING START
As First Line production Manager you will manage and leads production teams in line with objectives in quantity, quality, costs and deadlines, in respect of People and Customers. You will enforces the safety and environment standards to his teams.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

• Develop talents within his teams.

• Involve teams in the decision-making process.

• Conduct annual assessments, and propose training plan

• Manage the daily production operation in line with objectives in quantity, quality, cost and deadlines.

• Fine-tune and ensure the production schedule within area.

• Weekly plan of the resources based on the planning schedule.

• Manage the quality auto control system

• Design and implement flow manufacturing in BW stock items

• Challenge, motivate and follows up on operators to achieve KPIs target and records in production

• Implement, analyze the KPIs in his unit, and takes the necessary corrective action to improve the efficiency

• Implement ISO standards and corrective action in his unit

• Implement NEW within the unit and the plant

YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN

• Electrical or Engineering degree
• Previous experience in field and on-site
• Leadership skills
• 3-5 years experience
