Technical Support Specialist

What you would do:

• Address support tickets from various teams, providing timely technical assistance. 
• Act as the main point of contact for internal clients, resolving technical inquiries and issues. 
• Collaborate with the development team to create and manage tasks for technical issue resolution. 
• Assist IT Project Manager during tech support calls and discussions with implementation, operations, and business teams. 
• Monitor task progress, address issues, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings, contribute to backlog reviews, and analyze provider announcements.

What we expect from you:

• Previous work experience in the IT field or a similar role. 
• Problem-solving skills to analyze and discuss potential solutions with the development team. 
• Team player attitude, interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and time management. 
• Extreme attention to detail. 
• Proficiency in English.

• Salary range for this position is 2052-2350 EUR/monthly gross. Salary proposal depends on your competences and seniority level.
