What you would do:
- Address support tickets from various teams, providing timely technical assistance.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal clients, resolving technical inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with the development team to create and manage tasks for technical issue resolution.
- Assist IT Project Manager during tech support calls and discussions with implementation, operations, and business teams.
- Monitor task progress, address issues, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings, contribute to backlog reviews, and analyze provider announcements.
What we expect from you:
- Previous work experience in the IT field or a similar role.
- Problem-solving skills to analyze and discuss potential solutions with the development team.
- Team player attitude, interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and time management.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English.

- Salary range for this position is 2052-2350 EUR/monthly gross. Salary proposal depends on your competences and seniority level.
