We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our passionate and high-performing team. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, administration, and compliance — while helping drive process improvements and commercial insights across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations across the business

• Manage weekly and monthly reporting, including: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Forecasting, Commission and bonus reports and KPI tracking

• Own the preparation and presentation of Board Packs, delivering clear financial insights to executive leadership and the Board

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Collaborate & partner with leadership on finance strategy, insights, and process improvements

• Drive efficiency and automation across financial processes

• Oversee bookkeeping functions including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, ensuring compliance with BAS, IAS, Payroll Tax, and Superannuation

• Support preparation of government grants

• Coordinate end-of-year financials with external accountants

You’ll Bring

• Degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA or CA qualification

• Previous experience managing or mentoring a team

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Accounting role

• Proven experience in financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting

• Strong systems and reporting capability (Xero, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Solid understanding of operational finance processes and compliance requirements
