About the Opportunity:

We’re excited to welcome Property Managers and Senior Property Managers to our expanding team, with opportunities available across our Eastwood, Mitcham and Henley Beach offices.
Key responsibilities include:
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality property management services, including:
- Building trusted relationships with landlords and tenants
- Arrears management
- Conducting final & routine inspections, as required
- Attending tribunal hearings when required
- Managing repairs and maintenance
- Establishing competitive rental rates by conducting market research on local rates and relevant overhead costs
- Working collaboratively with our wider property management support team to deliver outstanding service
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
- A current property management license (essential)
- A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle (essential)
- Demonstrable experience in Property Management, managing a portfolio (essential)
- Exceptional customer service experience
