What do we do at Ditto?

• We help people buy insurance. 

• We explain health and life insurance in a language users understand 

• We curate and offer personalized recommendations

What you’ll do

• Design high-quality landing pages and user flows that align with brand guidelines

• Create sketches, graphics, templates, layouts, themes, typography, and visual standards for the app/website.

• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation across desktop and mobile experiences

• Collaborate closely with marketing & tech teams for deployments, sprint planning, and execution

• Maintain a consistent visual language across web pages and product surfaces

• Build low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes for product features and marketing campaigns

• Test the design flows, screen mockups with the QA team to ensure all minute details are covered. Partner with front-end engineers on UI implementation.

You’ll fit right in if you :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI design for web/mobile

• Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, web UI, and wireframing work

• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)

• Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative, cross-functional environments

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with marketing, tech, and product teams

Our Interview Process : 

We would like to help you minimize your time and effort. There are 6 rounds, & we will be working towards completing all the rounds within a maximum of 2-3 weeks' time.
