The role

Fujitsu Sweden AB is now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join its Swedish organization. This is a broad and business‑close HR role, combining strategic partnering with hands‑on HR support to managers and leaders across the organization.

You will work closely with the business to strengthen leadership capability, support organizational development, and ensure well-functioning people processes. The role requires a solid understanding of Swedish labor relations, a structured and analytical mindset, and the ability to balance long-term perspectives with day-to-day HR matters. You are expected to link HR initiatives directly to business goals, profitability, and competitiveness, optimize workforce costs, and challenge leaders in business-critical decisions. 

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and leadership teams within Fujitsu Sweden AB
  • Support leaders in employee relations, work environment matters, and organizational development
  • Drive and support change initiatives and organizational transformations with measurable business impact

  • Handle labor law matters, including union collaboration and negotiations
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and improvement of HR policies and processes
  • Work with HR data, KPIs, and analysis to enable fact‑based decision‑making
  • Drive automation and digitalization of HR processes

  • Collaborate with international HR stakeholders and global centers of expertise
  • Support annual and cyclical processes (e.g., salary review, performance and talent processes) ensuring quality and business alignment

Your background and experience

We believe you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a broad HR role, preferably within a commercial, consulting, or service‑oriented organization
  • Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law and collective agreements
  • Experience working with trade unions and labor relations
  • Proven experience in leading change projects with clear business outcomes

  • Good understanding of work environment regulations, particularly psychosocial work environment
  • Experience developing and improving HR processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to build business cases and ROI for HR initiatives

  • Experience with HR systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) and process digitalization

  • Fluency in English, written and spoken

A relevant academic degree within HR, behavioral science, or a similar field is advantageous but not mandatory.
