Requirements:

• Familiarity with basic SEO principles.

• Understanding of accessibility standards for web design.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Competencies:

• Develop and implement website layouts, templates, and designs using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).

• Customize CMS themes to align with branding guidelines.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and implement design ideas.

• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for multiple devices.

• Upload, update, and format website content (text, images, videos) via the CMS.

• Maintain consistency in design and content across all website pages.

• Ensure SEO best practices are applied in content updates.

• Test website features for usability and functionality.

• Address website-related issues reported by users or stakeholders.

• Provide input to improve the website’s performance and design based on analytics.
