• Planning, installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing IT infrastructure and existing systems
• Administration of server environments (Windows & Linux), including updates, patch management, and upgrades
• Operation and development of virtualization environments (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V) and Docker-based infrastructures
• Monitoring, analyzing, and resolving incidents, alerts, and system issues
• Documentation of system configurations and operational procedures

• At least 2 years of experience as an IT System Administrator
• Strong expertise in Windows Server environments and experience with Linux server administration (e.g. Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS)
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar) and solid knowledge of Docker/containerization
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Basic understanding of cyber security principles
• German and English language skills at minimum B2
