We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment while actively contributing to business growth through client engagement, candidate placement, and revenue generation. This role blends recruitment expertise with sales capability, requiring strong relationship building skills with both candidates and Managers to meet hiring and organisation targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end to end recruitment process for candidates including but not limited to developing and placing advertisements, shortlisting, screening, booking interviews, pre-employment checks and reference checks.
• Attend events and establish partnership with external providers including but not limited to job fairs, career expos, university events, industry networking events, and community outreach programs to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Provide consultative advice to Managers on hiring strategies and workforce planning.
• Track recruitment and sales KPIs including placements, revenue, and time-to-hire.
