About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead the entire people function in a growing startup. This is a single HR role with broad ownership across the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to development, engagement, operations, and compliance.
You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, support managers and employees, and build scalable people practices that fit a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
People & Leadership Partnership
· Provide day-to-day guidance to managers on employee management, communication, performance, conflicts, and sensitive people matters.
· Initiate and lead cross-company HR processes such as performance reviews, leadership development, and culture initiatives.
Recruitment & Onboarding
· Own end-to-end recruitment (hands on): role definition, sourcing, interviews, offers, and contract signing.
· Manage recruitment timelines and quality metrics.
· Work with recruitment agencies and sourcing partners, including maintaining contracts and ongoing collaboration.
· Support and train hiring managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.
· Lead onboarding processes, including onboarding plans and employee files.
Organizational Development & Employee Experience
· Lead performance review and feedback cycles, including tools, communication, and manager guidance.
· Identify organizational needs and lead initiatives to strengthen leadership capabilities and company culture.
· Positive impact on culture and employee experience.
· Manage offboarding processes in a professional, sensitive, and legally compliant manner.
HR Operations and Compliance
· Work closely with Legal on HR-related matters (contracts, terminations, labor law compliance).
· Maintain HR systems and accurate employee data.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, ethical standards, and HR best practices.
· Serve as the organization’s Sexual Harassment Prevention Officer.
Data, Reporting & Budget
· Track and analyze HR metrics (recruitment, turnover, engagement, onboarding).
· Present insights and recommendations to management.
· Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements
Requirements (Must-Have)
Experience
· Proven experience as an HR Manager in a small-medium-sized company.
· Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment and the full employee lifecycle.
· Strong operational HR background
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
· Relevant HR certifications — an advantage.
