Core Responsibilities
1. Instore and Trade Plan Execution (60% of time)
Work with trade marketing team in smaller scale occasions campaign planning, store opening and revamp, and channel support to deliver full year trade marketing plan
Lead local creative agencies and work with different teams to implement annual plans including instore hands-on events and visual set-up
Lead in bricks-on hand instore experience, from plan to execution to create engaging brick building experience for our audience
Drive daily communication with field sales and related functions on instore material production/installation, and feedback collection
2. Brand Marketing Campaign Planning & Coordination (20% of time)
Proactively participate in marketing brain-storming sessions and assists in ATL/BTL supports, including overall marketing coordination work, external partnerships, and events support
Owner of at least 1-2 brand marketing activities under the supervision of the Brand Leads. Work scope including plan, execution, and AAR
Key owner of brand marketing team content assets bank, in charge of proofread/localization of product texts, brand catalogues, leaflets, and digital assets
Lead the asset development process by working with local creative agencies
React to requests from functional teams/customers/partners on product related info
3. Marketing Team Organization & Support (20% of time)
Work with operation team in marketing inventory withdraw/delivery to fulfill business needs
Assist the team to ensure inventory condition and storage level in both LDC and office storage area
Monitor marketing team’s budget spending and planning, and closely work with Finance team to ensure the accuracy
In charge of budget reporting process on a monthly basis

The Marketing team is divided into 4 functional teams, Brand, Digital, Trade Marketing and PR/Events. You will report to the Marketing Director (HK/TW/MO).
The Marketing Coordinator position plays a key role in assisting all functions of the wider marketing team achieve their daily objectives. The role is pivotal for maintaining administrative order and helping to implement key initiatives that drive Marketing success.
The HKTW Business Unit is mainly focused around sales, marketing and operations and therefore medium term career progression within marketing and other areas are available if performance and potential indicators are realized.
This role will require occasional weekend and/or out of office hours and also occasional domestic travel may be required.
Do you have what it takes?
Min 1 year work in marketing / trade marketing / sales within an FMCG and/or consumer goods industry would be ideal
Strong analytical skills and experience with data to deliver reporting and actionable insights
Strong writing and communication skills
Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation
Organized and methodical approach to tasks with high attention to details
Able to multi-task
Drive for consistent follow through and high quality work
Strong communicator and excellent customer service
Keen interest in learning and growing!
