Responsibilities:

Responsible for establishing and maintaining production process standards, ensuring effective communication and training of production teams

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Serve as a role model for Safety, adhering to and promoting safe work practices throughout the production area.
• Make decisions focused on maintaining and improving the quality of products.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in accordance with company policies.
• Understand, follow, and enforce company safety policies and procedures, proactively identifying and addressing unsafe conditions and behaviors.
• Support effective Daily Operation Meetings (DOM) by actively participating, engaging teams, and providing leadership in problem-solving.
• Master and coach teams in Daily Direction Setting (DDS) zero loss flow chart methodology and its practical application.
• Set, monitor, and continuously improve production processes using Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies.
• Establish and maintain process settings and standards (Center Lining, CL) and facilitate adherence to standardized systems.
• Support product and material development initiatives and project implementations through statistical analysis.
• Own and conduct technical gap analysis within the area of responsibility to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead small group activities within the assigned technology area, acting as the subject matter expert for processes and technology.
• Take responsibility for improving production results through sustainable process optimization, root cause analysis (RCA), and standardization.
• Train and coach operation teams to enhance behaviors, ensuring compliance with defined standards and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.


To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with min 3 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
