Homey is seeking a Product Analyst and Customer Support Representative to manage incoming support queries, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure smooth operational workflows. You will work closely with the Support & Operations team supporting internal processes, case management, and customer support operations.

This role is critical in maintaining data integrity, ensuring timely communication with clients and partners, and supporting the expansion of Homey’s support function in Sri Lanka.

Requirements

Educational Background

  • School leavers (O/L or A/L) are encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer support or product support is an advantage.
  • Experience maintaining support documentation or knowledge bases is beneficial.

Skills and Attributes

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors, missing information, or inconsistencies.
  • Technical Confidence: Comfortable navigating CRMs, support ticketing systems, and web-based platforms.
  • Time Management: Able to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Clear written and spoken English for internal and external interactions.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose solutions efficiently.
