- Collect & review order intake document from TSS.
- Updating on SAP related to purchase order to factory and Create sales order.
- Create calculation sheet initial and final.
- Plan site acceptance test
- Create and follow up order confirmation to customer and Follow up payment from customer (in special case).
- Coordinate with all related internal or also with external parties in order to; Conduct kick of meeting (internal & external), Create and publish project timeline, Organize factory acceptance test, Follow up material readiness, Create delivery instruction, Collect import document (invoice, packing list, shipping instruction) from factory and submit to export import Department.
- Handle all documentations related to project; Collect product manual book, Create documentation (VDRL), Collect and review data sheet, Collect and review general arrangement drawing, Collect and review certificate of manufacturing, Collect and review certificate of warranty, Collect and review certificate of origin, Collect document for invoicing (DN, BAST, MDR), Create bank guarantee.
