Key Responsibilities:

As Quantity Surveyor, your role will focus on providing accurate and timely progress tracking, reporting, and data management to support site operations and project delivery. The role will include:

General Responsibilities

·         Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets.

·         Collate, raise, and facilitate Site Instruction workflow through to approval.

·         Facilitate daily ‘FAP’ discussions with Supervisors and verify entries into delay card systems.

·         Verify daily progress, update weekly progress reports, and provide accurate updates to Perth stakeholders.

·         Prepare weekly progress and performance reports for Superintendent review.

·         Monitor site activities to ensure alignment with approved scope and budget.

·         Maintain data integrity across PPMS and SMS platforms.

·         Escalate issues that may affect manning requirements or progress to relevant personnel promptly.

HSE Responsibilities

·         Promote a safe working environment in adherence to both UGL | Altrad Services and client safety standards.

·         Adhere to legislative requirements and support the project in achieving its safety targets.

·         Conduct safety audits and assist in maintaining high standards in housekeeping and environmental responsibility.

Communication

·         Effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance project delivery outcomes.

·         Communicate technical information effectively in writing and verbally in individual or group settings.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

·         A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Controls or a similar field.

·         A proven background in Oil and Gas brownfield project management.

·         Trade qualification or equivalent experience.

·         Experience working in a FIFO (Fly-In, Fly-Out) environment.

·         Strong technical knowledge and awareness of project management systems.

·         An ability to work proactively, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
