Lead on Salam AvRS Project Control and support AvRS Supply Chain Operations.
Job accountabilities
· The Role Holder shall be responsible for the timely execution of AvRS Project Control Cycle Requirements and provide PM support to AvRS Supply Chain Operations. The Role Holder will Deputise for the Project Manager as required.
Project Control
· Lead monthly and quarterly activities on CAM, CSR, SSR and Risk & Opportunity cycles. Outputs presented to to the Project Manager / Programme Manager and IPT.
· Support IBP process including inputs to Budget, Mid-Year and End of Year requirements. Present to the Project Manager / Programme Manager.
· OPR data to be compiled and updated on the Tableau Server in a timely manner.
· Presentation Packs for monthly UK IPT and Customer meetings to be completed and presented to Project Manager / Programme Manager.
· Manage all PPRP monthly inputs and sign-off using the PPRP checklist.
· Manage all Actions in the Action Tracker in a timely manner, seeking AvRS IPT inputs and escalation as required. Apply scheduling techniques to ensure actions meet key dates and objectives.
· Facilitation of LfE including Internal reviews and IPT reviews. Manage LfE tracker and drive actions.
· Manage PM inputs to AvRS LCM requirements including Phase & Design Review packs. Drive LCM Actions and functional requirements.
· Raise SAP4HANA PRs and manage and GR requirements.
· Sharepoint & Information/Records Mgmt Point of Contact for AvRS PM.
· Faciliate access arrangements for visitors to Al-Arid and other locations.
Project Delivery
· Support Supply Chain requirements with internal and external stakeholders, including requests for information, documentation and physical items.
· PM support to AvRS Orderbook reviews. Work closely with IPT focus areas including on forecast data, trends and focus areads.
· Provide support in Operational Supply Chain meetings, including reviews with BAE Systems UK teams and SAMI AE / BAESSA.
· Manage end to end AvRS Out of Scope (OoS) Process. Facilitate authorisation and clearance of shipping items with BAESAI Taif (ELP). Work with IPT to manage monthly invoicing process to SAMI AE.
· Manage BAESAI activities on BPR, BER and NAA Processes. Administer and communicate forms received and update trackers. Lead on Root Cause activities.
· Export Licencing dependencies to be facilitated across stakeholders, including trigger points for Export Licence and EUU Renewals.
· Develop, under supervision, Project Management tools and procedures to support improvements to AvRS team and Project Management capability.
Job Requirements:
· The applicant will have experience of Project Management and Supply Chain within a cross-functional team, or an ability to develop this quickly, with over 2 years of working experience.
· Clear and effective communication is essential across internal and external stakeholders.
