💼 Your Missions
Within the Operations team, you will be responsible for operational efficiency and the data-driven performance of cross-functional processes. Your role will be to support the PerfOps team in driving transversal operations (processes, tools, methodologies), with strong proximity to the field and a deep understanding of business challenges in an international context.
You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, structure data as a performance lever, and enable teams through appropriate tools and supporting materials.
Your mission is structured around three main pillars:
General operational leadership and cross-functional project management across all Electra business teams
Data & Performance: collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business and operational decision-making
Knowledge Management & Enablement: structuring and sharing best practices, processes, and knowledge across teams
🦸♀️🦸♂️Your responsibilities
1. Operational Performance Project Management
Lead cross-functional projects
Co-lead operational initiatives with Alexandre (e.g. station performance monitoring, deployment of new materials/equipment, station maintenance)
Identify the “why”
Understand the underlying business challenges of each project to propose solutions aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with field teams
Work across Electra’s entire operations chain, from site securing to day-to-day operations
Tools & methodology watch
Identify and propose innovative tools or practices to optimize operations (e.g. maintenance or operating solutions)
2. Data & Performance Monitoring
Data collection & analysis
Improve data consistency through tools and processes
Support decision-making through ad-hoc analyses
Dashboard creation
Enhance performance monitoring through dashboards
Create clear and actionable reporting tools (advanced Google Sheets, BI tools) for teams and leadership
Track station deployment KPIs (timelines, costs, performance)
Forecasting & planning
Define station deployment scenarios
Produce statistical analyses to mitigate operational risks and optimize resource planning
3. Knowledge Management & Enablement
Structure processes
Write and maintain process documentation (SOPs), methodological guides, and knowledge bases
Centralize and make accessible institutional knowledge (e.g. feedback, best practices)
Train and support teams
Lead workshops or create materials to roll out new methods and tools
Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to drive change adoption
Travel to different countries to deliver training sessions and conduct operational audits

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
Data tools mastery
BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent) & data visualization (ability to make complex data accessible)
Advanced Google Sheets (complex formulas, scripting, automation)
Business tools
Salesforce, HubSpot (configuration, data extraction)
Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Forms)
Automation & workflows (Zapier, n8n, Make)
Generative AI tools
Project management
Agile or Lean methodologies (a plus)
Behavioral Skills (Soft Skills)
Field proximity: ability to understand operational realities and communicate across all organizational levels
Analytical & synthesis mindset: identify key issues and propose pragmatic solutions
Pedagogy: ease in training and supporting teams on new tools and processes
Autonomy & strategic perspective: ability to prioritize and challenge requests to align projects with strategic goals
Experience
Ideally 3–4 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, operations, or similar roles—preferably in fast-paced, multinational environments
Experience in a high-growth or transformation context (start-up, scale-up, or agile teams)
