About the Team & Business Line

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Citco Vilnius, you will join a global team known for delivering top-quality recruitment services. In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from posting job opportunities and sourcing candidates to screening resumes, negotiating offers, and even helping with the onboarding.

You will collaborate with a worldwide network, contributing to diverse projects across Citco's global operations.

Your Role:

• Work collaboratively with hiring managers to develop a comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs.
• Source and build talent pipelines for open vacancies using direct outreach, networking, social platforms, industry channels, and university/campus recruitment.
• Screen candidates against role specifications and organizational competencies to secure the best-fit talent for open vacancies.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates for candidates and hiring managers.
• Deliver against KPIs while not compromising quality of hire.
• Ensure appropriate and effective candidate management.
• Perform talent mapping with other organizations to identify key potential hires.
• Maintain accurate candidate and scheduling data in the ATS.
• Take part in Talent Acquisition related projects.

About You:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar recruitment role.
• Track record of successfully sourcing candidates across multiple functions.
• Strong ability to adapt to changes in vacancy volume and shift priorities to support the business needs.
• Experience supporting hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the whole recruitment process.
• Skilled in compensation analysis, market research, and offer negotiations.
• Possess proven organizational skills with the ability to manage your own workload.
• Proven ability to build relationships with excellent negotiation and influencing capabilities.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree (or similar) in a relevant field (preferably).

Salary

2000 - 3150 EUR GROSS
