Position: Market Operations Manager
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, (ET, US Hours)
Employment Set-up: Remote (Independent Contractor)
Salary Range: Starts at USD 1,500 - 2,000/ Month
Pay-out Frequency: Semi-Monthly
Benefits: Unlimited PTO and HMO after the probationary period

Job Summary:
The Market Operations Manager will serve as the primary owner of assigned US state operations, responsible for driving operational excellence, building strong partnerships, and supporting continuous market growth. This role requires a proven leader and critical thinker who can manage people, processes, and projects while acting as a key point of contact between internal teams and external partners.
You will play a pivotal role in stabilizing, growing, and scaling your assigned market.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Leadership & Ownership
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned US state/market operations
- Own day-to-day operational performance, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and compliance
- Lead and support market expansion initiatives aligned with company growth goals
Operations & Performance Management
- Monitor and improve KPIs related to trip fulfillment, on-time performance, cost control, and service quality
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
- Ensure SOPs are followed and continuously optimized
Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, coach, and support PH-based operations staff.
- Drive accountability, performance management, and professional development
- Foster a high-performance, ownership-driven culture
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with US-based stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support partnership growth by identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
Project & Growth Initiatives
- Spearhead special projects, pilots, or market initiatives from planning to execution
- Lead change management efforts during process updates or market expansion
- Use data and insights to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in operations, leadership, or management roles
- Proven experience leading teams and managing performance
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience working with US-based clients, stakeholders, or operations
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage competing priorities
Nice to Have:
- Experience in NEMT, healthcare, logistics, transportation, or BPO operations
- Background in market ownership, regional operations, or business expansion
- Experience managing KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Familiarity with SOP development and process optimization
