Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with supply chain management, materials program management and procurement.
- 5 years of experience in the electronics or consumer hardware industry.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree.
- Experience in OEM management, along with excellent problem-solving skills to resolve operational challenges.
- Ability to build relationships, operate across functions, and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent supply chain program management skills along with ability to execute and deliver initiatives.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, along with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This includes bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.Responsibilities
- Establish supply chain delivery requirements and performance metrics to track across the material related programs, supply chain readiness and OEMs management.
- Develop and implement programs and processes to balance cost and risk, making trade-offs to ensure program goals are met.
- Lead supply chain readiness reviews and manage NPI clearance processes to ensure execution of material ramp activities at OEMs, and identify and resolve risks prior to production ramps to ensure on-time delivery and operational stability.
- Collaborate with Commodity Managers, Engineering, and Management to align on program strategies and delivery goals. Manage and mentor Materials Program Managers, driving the execution of build processes and material readiness.
- Provide visibility through status updates and presentations regarding material availability, cost, and overall readiness.
