Senior Social Media Specialist

Our company is seeking a creative, motivated social media maestro to join our team. Working as our Social Media Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing a social media strategy to increase our online branding and interacting with current and potential clients through these platforms.

 Responsibilities

• Create and implement effective social media strategies to promote anime, cartoon shows, and original content.
• Set clear objectives and KPIs for each campaign.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed.
• Ensure current social media strategy aligns with company goals and values.
• Develop a detailed social media calendar that aligns with marketing goals and seasonal trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and consistent posting.
• Schedule and manage posts across all social media platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
• Develop exclusive and attractive content tailored to each platform.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and video producers to create engaging visuals and videos.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of social media algorithms and platform updates.
• Adjust strategies based on algorithm changes to maximize reach and engagement.
• Experiment with new features and formats on each platform.
• Manage and grow Spacetoon Go’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
• Monitor social media channels for feedback and trends.
• Develop and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders on campaign performance and social media insights.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure content is informative and appealing

Requirements

• BA/BS in marketing, communications, or a related field
• + 4 years Proven work experience as a Sr / Social Media Specialist preferably in the entertainment industry, including experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TIKTOK, LinkedIn, and others
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
• Experience with HubSpot, HootSuite, or similar social media management tools
• Superb organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written communication, copywriting and presentation skills
• Knowledge of multiple online marketing channels
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and updates.
• Proficiency in using Canva and other content creation tools.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with a passion for anime and cartoons.
