The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our international organisation. Full guidance and support will be provided for the following key job responsibilities:
- Act as a central point of contact within the Madrid team, providing cross functional support to internal team members.
- Manage requests for each service line, particularly in peak seasons, create quotes and close rental orders.
- Assist the sales team by managing orders, invoicing, or communication with customers.
- Collaborate in project management by serving as a liaison between the operations team and general sales to resolve discrepancies.
- Perform customer service activities by traveling to fairs and events when needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers and operations to ensure a seamless transaction.
- Accurate reporting of sales figures on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Regularly report on market activity.
- Provide ad-hoc general administration support when needed.
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience:

Essential:
- Bilingual (intermediate English and fluent Spanish).
- Previous experience of working as an Administrator, in a fast-paced environment.

- Continuous improvement mindset and motivation to get results.
- Computer literacy and ability to adapt to new software programs.
- Great attention to detail in administrative tasks.

Desirable:
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Another European language.
Additional information:
Ability and flexibility to travel and work outside of regular working hours; It may be necessary to travel and work on weekends during peak seasonal periods.
