Location: Franklin, TN (Hybrid) ~1 day per week onsite required
As Revecore’s Marketing and Events Assistant, you will:
Play a vital support role in executing Revecore’s high-impact events and experiences that strengthen relationships, amplify brand visibility, and drive pipeline growth. This individual will assist with the logistical, administrative, and operational aspects of Revecore’s events — including industry tradeshows, client dinners, and internal experiences — ensuring flawless coordination and professional execution. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B event marketing, campaign support, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
The Role:
Event Logistics & Support
- Support the planning and logistics of in-person and virtual events, including travel coordination, vendor communications, and materials preparation (e.g. submit material handling orders).
- Compile conference detail overviews, including dates, deadlines, booth info, logistical requirements; draft event briefs.
- Manage shipping of materials (e.g. prepare shipping labels, schedule for pick up), collateral, and booth kits / assets; track inventory and ensure timely delivery; resolve issues as needed.
- Help prepare event kits, signage, name badges, and onsite supplies; prepare packing lists and coordinate supply closet pulls.
- Manage conference supplies (i.e. stock) and order replenishments as needed based on event volume and related needs.
- Coordinate printing needs, including signage, sell sheets, handouts, name badges.
Marketing & Administrative Support
- Maintain event calendars, trackers, and project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Track conference deadlines, sponsorship requirements, and deliverables across events; manage task list accordingly.
- Assist with event registration setup, maintain conference registrations / sponsorship confirmations, track attendee lists, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage RSVP lists for dinners and conference-related events.
- Manage conference and exhibitor portal requirements (deadlines, uploads, forms, assets, logos); Prepare and submit required conference forms
- Assist with updating event information across internal systems (e.g., ExhibitDay, Marketing Central, SharePoint, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Support creation and proofreading of event communications and social media posts.
- Track attendee lists, dietary restrictions, and travel forms; Assist in preparing itineraries, agendas, and rooming lists.
- Coordinate welcome gifts, booth giveaways, and other small gifting needs.
- Help manage post-event attendee lists, documentation, photos, and upload all materials to shared folders.
- Tracking receipts, shipping invoices, and other expense documentation; submit invoices and W9s to Accounts Payable.
- Organize feedback and support post-event reporting.
Onsite & Virtual Event Support
- Provide onsite support as needed, including setup, check-in, and attendee hospitality.
- Coordinate pre-event briefings, materials, and agendas for Revecore staff and executives.
- Capture event notes, attendee feedback, and follow-up actions to support lead tracking and relationship continuity.
Team & Vendor Collaboration
- Partner closely with the Marketing & Events Lead, Sales, and Demand Generation teams to ensure consistent execution and alignment with event goals.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and post-event debriefs to share ideas for improvement, document meeting notes and follow-up actions.
- Conduct initial outreach to venues, caterers, rental companies, and printers; gather quotes, availability, menus and proposals.
- Assist with coordinating decor, floral, AV, rentals, and photography scheduling.

You’ll be successful if you have:
- 0–2 years of experience (or coursework/internship) in marketing, communications, event planning, or related fields.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfort with multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to HubSpot, Salesforce, or project management tools a plus.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven team.
Work at Home Requirements:
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
- A secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required.
- The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
