Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager who can build strong customer relationships while driving revenue growth from existing enterprise accounts. This role involves identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, understanding customer needs, and working closely with internal teams to deliver value. Our right fit would be a fast learner who can learn our products inside-out quickly and someone who will be instrumental in the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Will be the primary person responsible for increasing the revenue from existing customers of Intugine.
  • Be the primary point of contact and establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Prepare long-term and short-term goals and account objectives for internal teams.
    Drive upsell and cross-sell through technical SaaS-based solution selling.
  • Supervise account management and account growth strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with major clients, handle escalations and complaints, and provide timely and innovative solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with the Customer Success team to drive product adoption and manage day-to-day escalations.
  • Propose pricing models based on customer needs and product usage.
  • Prepare proposals and detailed costing prior to commercial negotiations.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to support continuous product and solution development.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Identify business gaps within accounts and take initiatives to bridge those gaps.
  • Own payment follow-ups and work towards improving the average DSO of the assigned portfolio.
  • Drive customer advocacy by collecting testimonials and success stories.
  • Manage agreement renewals, PO renewals, and maintain all required commercial documentation.

What you’ll need :

  • 2-3 years of client-facing, revenue management and quota carrying experience.
  • Bachelors/Masters Degree from a Tier-1/2 Institute.
  • Proven experience in upselling, cross-selling, and managing enterprise customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to maintain relations with senior executives from the client’s side.
  • Ability to understand and the hunger to learn more about technology-based products.
  • A knack to understand technology-based products and explain it in simple terms.
  • Should be analytical, adept at solving critical problems, and handling & prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Prior experience in a company based in the logistics industry would be preferred.
