Job Location: Sashco - THORNTON, CO 80023Salary Range: $21.00 - $24.00 HourlyJob Shift: SwingThis is a swing shift: Monday - Thursday 3pm-1:30am, Overtime on Fridays as needed.

Our quality team is looking to add another person. This role is essential in achieving our goal of delivering products that work. The quality control tech is a person who likes to get things right, we don't sell good, better, best; we sell the best which means we need to produce the best. We have high standards for our products and need dedicated team members to uphold those standards.
What you will do:
• Perform routine visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
• Conduct basic laboratory tests following established protocols and safety procedures.
• Record data accurately and maintain organized documentation in accordance with quality standards (e.g., GMP, ISO).
• Identify and report non-conformances to supervisors or quality leads.
• Support the quarantine, release, and tracking of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and calibration of testing equipment.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation updates.

Qualifications
We want to hear from you if you have:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs as required.
Bonus points if you have:
• Prior experience in quality control, manufacturing, or lab work.
• An associates degree in STEM
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO 9001, or similar quality systems.
• Experience with calipers, viscometers, or basic inspection tools.
