Job Title: Coordinator, Supplemental Linehaul Recruiter

 

Job Summary:

This position supports load planning activities and manages databases to capture, analyze, and report dispatching information.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• The Supplemental Linehaul Recruiter Coordinator manages a fleet of owner operator drivers.
• Supports drivers by helping them to achieve weekly mileage goals, on-time service performance, hours of service, and any other regulatory (e.g., Department of Transportation, etc.).
• Maximize TForce Freight profits on a long-term basis.
