The Marketing Coordinator is crucial in delivering our mission and achieving company goals by maintaining and promoting our brand and value proposition. This position focuses on producing various creative design works to communicate key information while empowering our marketing and sales team to succeed. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate fresh ideas, create engaging content, and drive brand awareness across multiple channels. We seek a creative, detail-oriented, and out-of-the-box thinker who is passionate about building brand presence across digital and physical platforms.
This position will serve our Rheem Air Distribution Division - Century A/C Supply, located in Houston, TX.
Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to customer reviews with professionalism and brand voice consistency.
E-Commerce Visuals: Design compelling banners and promotional graphics for online storefronts and campaigns.
Creative Collateral: Develop and produce marketing materials including business cards, flyers, and other print assets.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing a variety of marketing events
Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing outputs align with brand guidelines and messaging.
Collaboration: Work closely with vendors and other departments to support cross-functional initiative and promotions.
Video & Photography: Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for use in marketing campaigns, social media, and event coverage.
A college degree in Marketing or Business is preferred but equivalent experience is acceptable. A strong candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing in a Business-to-Business capacity, with exceptional candidates having prior experience in the multifamily industry, wholesale distribution and/or HVAC.
A creative mindset with a strong eye for design and detail.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop).
Experience with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with social media platforms and e-commerce tools.
Prior experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
