We are looking for a Product Owner as part of our Product Team, who is agile, results-driven, customer-focused, and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities Backlog & Sprint Management

Own and manage the product backlog — writing, refining, and prioritizing user stories based on product strategy and stakeholder input.
Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure backlog items are ready for development with clear acceptance criteria.

Collaboration & Communication

Act as the primary contact between the Product Manager, development teams, QA, and other stakeholders.
Translate high-level product requirements into actionable development tasks.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure designs are aligned with requirements before development begins.

Delivery & Quality

Monitor sprint progress using metrics like burndown charts, velocity, and other Agile KPIs.
Accept or reject completed work based on predefined acceptance criteria.
Ensure deliverables meet functional, performance, and quality standards before release.

Stakeholder Alignment

Work with Product Managers to align backlog priorities with business goals and the product roadmap.
Communicate progress, blockers, and delivery timelines to stakeholders regularly.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar Agile role.
Experience in B2B SaaS or MarTech platforms is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Ability to write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
Solid understanding of UI/UX workflows and the software development lifecycle.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English
