Job Description
We are looking for a well-connected, agile, and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the GCC and Middle East, focusing on strategic key accounts, business development in UAE & Qatar, and opening new territories.
Role Overview:
You will sell a cutting-edge data management and integration platform, along with a modular software suite that empowers real-time situational intelligence, command & control, incident response, mission planning, and team coordination solutions for police, public safety, national security, law enforcement, critical infrastructure, and transportation operators.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full sales cycle, from lead qualification to pipeline forecasting
Expand key accounts and partner networks in the region
Drive new business opportunities and enter new territories
Engage senior decision-makers, operational stakeholders, and technical influencers across government and mission-critical organizations
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder contractual and procurement processes
Promote solutions for Smart Safe Cities, Border Control, Major Events Security, Internal Security Special Missions, Critical Infrastructure Protection, and Crisis Management
Qualifications
8–10+ years in sales, business development, and/or key account management
Proven success selling software platforms and integrated solutions (VMS, Video Analytics, GIS, Communications, CAD, IoT, OSINT, UAV, Counter Drone, Control Rooms), including Digital Twin and AI
Strong experience in UAE and Qatar; exposure to other Middle East countries is a plus
Fluency in English & native Arabic
Location: GCC & Middle East (UAE/Qatar focus)
