Specific knowledge

  • Knowledge about Indian Mining Industry, detailed knowledge of processes and systems in Commercial vehicles, detailed knowledge of the Indian CV Products, strategic and conceptual competence, communication skills.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Monthly meeting with Customers & Financiers for Lead generation 
  • Conducting Demo and Loaded Trials in the preferred location

 

High Performing and Inspired People     
  • Training the dealer Sales team 
  • Coaching and Monitoring the performance of the dealer sales team 
  • Ensure the team follows the DICV sales process – Like CRM and TCO applications
  • Tracker of New Product Monitoring & Application based( Coal /OB /Lignite ) Product Performance
  • Competitor activity and feedback

Qualification

  • Graduate - B Technical or Engineering

Experience 

  • 8 -10 yrs in Sales of Commercial Vehicles /Construction Equipment, Mainly Preferred with Mining Industry Experience
  • Must have experience of handling Channel Service in Mining Industry
