As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with new car buyers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored car finance solutions. Your role will involve building a strong network, identifying potential customers, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a seamless and satisfying car-buying experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new car buyers and potential customers.
- Understand customer financial needs and offer suitable car finance solutions.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the new car finance market.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive and efficient sales process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend industry events and network to promote the company's new car finance offerings.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relationship management or sales role, preferably in the automotive or finance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a network of clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
