IT Product Manager

As Senior Product Manager for the ADVEV platform, you will be a key driver in orchestrating the delivery of software products for the next-gen EV Platform. You will work closely with senior-level management, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and development teams to translate strategic roadmaps into tangible product features, ensuring efficient execution and alignment across all stakeholders. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, agile leadership, and a deep understanding of both business and technical requirements to deliver high-quality, customer-centric software Products. and process automation within the ADVEV space at FORD. This role requires strategic vision, cross-functional leadership, and expertise in driving business capabilities and innovation. 

• Develop and manage the product roadmap with Product and Engineering Managers. 

• Convert roadmap into features and prioritize the product backlog. 

• Lead agile ceremonies and champion best practices. 

• Facilitate communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders. 

• Oversee release planning, demos, and issue resolution. 

• Evaluate technical designs and manage risks. 

• Define key metrics and monitor production issues proactively. 

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field, Master’s preferred.

• 10+ years of experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile, Scrum, Lean, XP, and Domain Driven Design. 

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute in fast-paced environments. 

• Automotive industry and 3DX experience are assets. 

• Strong independent and collaborative skills.
