Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in the set up and management of Learning Management Systems to include structuring learning environments by setting up user domains, permissions, and roles aligned with business requirements.
- Experience developing policies and procedures that ensure consistent, secure, and use of learning technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with the Google Workspace set of tools and Smartsheets.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive initiatives and work collaboratively with numerous stakeholders in different locations.
- Ability to have a growth mindset, and a strong belief in new approaches to education.

As a LMS Administrator, you will own the end-to-end management of the learning management system (LMS) Intellum, related learning platforms, and data integrations of the learning technology stack infrastructure supporting the learning needs of Google Data Centers (GDC) and Cloud Supply Chain and Operations (CSCO).
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Contextualize technology within the team’s mission, assessing how systems and tools drive learning effectiveness and specific business outcomes.
- Manage domain-level configurations and system standards while serving as the primary vendor liaison to meet evolving stakeholder and technical needs.
- Lead the integration of generative AI and agentic features within the LMS, ensuring tools are secure, accessible, and optimized for instructional designers.
- Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies to enhance automation, personalization, and data analytics across the learning and development ecosystem.
- Maintain system integrity through rigorous security policies while recommending LMS solutions to track training and measure organizational performance.
