Noble House Hotels & Resorts is excited to welcome a new Delphi System Analyst. This position will support 3 of our Noble House Hotels & Resorts properties located in San Diego; San Diego Mission Bay Resort, Estancia La Jolla, and L'Auberge Del Mar. This position is based at our San Diego Mission Bay Resort property. 


The JOB:


Delphi System Analyst is responsible for providing world-class preparation, coordination and servicing of group business, focusing on efficiency, accuracy and enhancing customer experience. The Delphi Systems Analyst will work closely with our hotel partners and meeting planners to ensure maximum business flow through and to ensure guest satisfaction. 


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist in system training fro Delphi property users. 
  • Assist in training operating departments of Delphi use.
  • Run Daily,Weekly, Monthly maintenance reports and fix problems to maintain accurate database. 
  • Complete Month End Reporting and Processes.
  • Administer and communicate changes to the property users and how to apply changes. 
  • Assist with various revenue reports: formatting and updating Excel Spreadsheets. 
  • Produce adho reports as requested. 
  • Update and maintain Noble House branded forms, proposals, and contracts as merge documents in Delphi. 
  • Turn booking match contract and are correct. 
  • Process contract addendums. 
  • Assist Revenue Management in maintaining group room blocks and straight line availability. 

  

E-Lead Coordinator 

  • Check E-Lead email constantly
  • Build new bookings into Delphi following standards
  • Build new accounts/agencies into Delphi following standards
  • Build new contacts into Delphi following standards
  • Maintain sourcing standards within Delphi bookings
  • Maintain 3rd Party distribution standards within Delphi bookings
  • Qualify/Evaluation of leads for distribution
  • Initiate customer contact and manager introduction
  • Assign leads to Sales Managers.

  

Supportive Functions and Responsibilities

  • Respect guidelines of confidentiality and code of ethics in all company areas. Represent Noble House Hotels in a professional manner at all times.
  • Support of Sales Managers
  • Work with other administrative staff to accomplish departmental goals
  • Promotes and applies teamwork skills at all times
  • Notifies appropriate individual promptly and fully of problems and/or unusual matters of significance 
  • Is polite, friendly, and helpful to guests, management and fellow employees
  • Attends appropriate hotel meetings and training sessions
  • Maintains cleanliness and excellent condition of equipment and work area

Requirements

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Delphi, Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Editing and proof reading
  • Delphi Certified Preferred
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Thorough knowledge of Delphi, Word, Excel, Power Point
  • 2 Years of related hotel experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, when needed.
