The Trade Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the development, production, warehousing, distribution and execution of POP Materials involved in communication of commercial campaigns and tailor made projects.
Responsibilities:

Lead POP Box process for RE's / Categories assigned

Lead SAP List creation, Item selection, Quantity definition for RE's / Categories assigned

Manage POP Suppliers (Quality, Service, Initiatives)

Approve prototypes (Feasibility & impact) for RE's / Categories assigned

Lead training path for end users
-
Coordinates ISM Essentials (POP /Sustainability)

Co-Lead POP warehouse & distribution service (3rd party & Suppliers).

Ensuring efficient inventory levels and material rotation.

Co-Control Promo Investment for POP Generic & Warehouse.

Co-control Investment for POP MKT Campaigns for RE's / Categories assigned

Ensure standardization and simplification in the POP process, leading the efficient management of materials and budget.

Identify and analyze opportunities for innovation in POP material, looking for technological initiatives that allow a competitive advantage.

Ensure POP initiatives to winning on the ground
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Business, International Marketing, Advertising or related fields.

At least +2 years of experience in Field / Sales /Trade Marketing / Marketing (POP experience)

Google Suite proficiency/Intermediate Excel

Upper Intermediate English Level
Preferred Qualifications:

Management of Domo or Media fly (Nice to have)
