About this position: Office Manager – El Paso, TX

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·         Daily Operations: Oversee the smooth running of the office, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating vendor relations.

·         Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to leadership and staff, ensuring that all team members have the resources they need to succeed.

·         Communication: Develop and maintain intra-office communication protocols to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

·         Budget Management: Monitor office expenses, manage supply inventory, and assist in budget preparation.

·         Staff Supervision: Supervise office staff, delegate tasks, and ensure that all administrative procedures are followed.

·         Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate team-building activities, employee appreciation events, and other office functions.

 

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

·         Education Requirements: High school diploma, or equivalent

·         Level of Experience Requirements: Five (5) to Ten (10) years of related office management experience
