Your Role

As a Senior Product Manager in our Digital & eCommerce team, you will lead the discovery product domain, overseeing the creation and management of eCommerce Digital Products. In your role you will define the vision and strategy for multiple eCommerce Products across the discovery part of the customer journey. You will own end to end product lifecycle and the OKRs for the area. Proactively driving outcomes and value creation partnering with leadership, CX and Engineering to deliver overall customer and business value. 

 

Location:

This is an onsite position based in our Burlington, MA location. We do offer a hybrid flexible work arrangement and require up to 5% travel. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creates and own product vision and multi-year strategy that is not only linked to company and e-commerce strategy but also identifies new growth opportunities and influences e-commerce strategy
  • Lead personalization across the eCommerce business, integrating the site customer data platform and leading customer data as a product.
  • Reimagine top of the funnel journey to drive e-commerce growth by increasing awareness of the breadth of product offering.
  • Deeply understand competitors, identify where we can win and create differentiation. Anticipate market shifts and use that to define long term positioning in partnership with Head of Product and CX leadership teams.
  • Identify and set goals for OKRs/metrics for the discovery product area. Create corresponding data/analytics to track and control the health of the product. This includes functional and technical OKR metrics. Partner with data science and analytics team to understand how these metrics drive e-commerce revenue and customer metrics and ensure all measurement tools are in place. Create and test detailed hypotheses that drive future product direction.
  • Deeply understand personas and customer segments across the entire e-commerce ecosystem. Creates business plans (product briefs) that outline the how, what, when and why with a clear line to the value created
  • Drive overall product design in partnership with pod teams, leveraging data, qualitative research and market behaviors to deliver large customer and business value. Leads and mentors other in specific product ideation phases. 
  • Partner with Commercial, Engineering, UX and data teams to build and manage the Product pod Roadmap, prioritizing between business initiatives, quality of life enhancements and technical optimization. Develop requirements at an epic level that tie to overall initiatives and drives priorities for the product managers in their area. Owns delivery across the Pod, proactively identifying risks and variances to plans, developing & implementing appropriate mitigation activities.

 

Who You Are

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Managment, IT, Computer Science or related discipline
  • At least 7 years of product leadership experience working with eCommerce or digital products.
  • Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver business growth results
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and service orientation
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization with a data-driven mindset.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Managment, IT, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Experience collaborating across stakeholder groups for knowledge sharing.
  • Comfort presenting complex concepts to executive audiences.
  • Experience with AEM and Customer Data Platforms
  • Familiar with translation and localization with a deep understanding of cusotmer data platforms.

 

 

Pay Range: $108,100-$162,100

 

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
