Price Industries Inc is looking for a Production Supervisor in Winder, GA who will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment while meeting daily and weekly production goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensures product quality, supports on-time delivery, and controls labor, overtime, and scrap.

• Maintains appropriate staffing, attendance, and training, ensures employees follow established procedures, and addresses performance or discipline issues in a timely and consistent manner.

• Drives continuous improvement and 5S efforts while communicating clear expectations and maintaining positive team morale.

• 5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Hands-on experience with capital projects, 

• Equipment selection, or facility changes.  

• Improving productivity, efficiency, or machine utilization.  

• Working with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Maintenance, and Quality. Basic understanding of manufacturing costs, 

• Budgets, and safety requirements.

• Prior experience in a leadership or lead role preferred.

Qualifications

• College Degree or High School with 5+ years of experience

• 3+ years of supervision role with a proven track record in a high volume, multi-product environment – Preferably in sheet metal and HVAC

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing

• Comfortable in a team-oriented environment

• Proficient in MS Office

• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, extreme heat, extreme cold and dust. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
