Position Title: LRMC Contract Maintenance Manager (CMM)

Area of Requirement: LRMC Work Center, Germany

Scope of Position: Serves as the prime contractor’s single point of authority for all Operation, Maintenance & Repair services across LRMC and outlying facilities. Holds full responsibility for planning, directing, and executing preventive, corrective, and emergency work orders in accordance with PWS Sections 1.5.1.3.1.1.3 and 2.4.7 .

Tasks and Capabilities Required:

· Develop and maintain the Facilities Operation & Maintenance Plan (FOMP) and Accident Prevention Plan (APP).

· Oversee service-order flow: intake, assessment, execution, and close-out within prescribed emergency (1 hr) and urgent (5 days) thresholds.

· Supervise Shop Foreman, Lead Meister Tradesmen, and subcontractors in multi-trade maintenance tasks.

· Coordinate weekly O&M meetings and deliver monthly metrics reports to the COR and FM.

· Ensure compliance with NFPA, TJC EOC/Life Safety, UFC, OSHA, EPA, and host-nation codes.

Mandatory Experience and Certifications:

· Five (5) years managing US bedded-inpatient healthcare facility O&M, including two (2) years supervising a diversified 24/7 workforce .

· Demonstrated expertise in NFPA, TJC, OSHA, UFC, and European facility standards.

· English and host-nation language (German) proficiency Level III.

Preferred/Desired Certifications:

· ASHE Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM)

· NICET Level 2 Fire Alarm Systems

· EPA 608 Refrigerant Certification
