We are currently seeking Licensed Service Plumbers for our Bridgeview, Hobart, and Elgin locations. If you view your trade as a long-term career and want to work for a company that invests in your success, this is the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Service Plumber at Four Seasons, you will:

• Run an average of 4–5 residential service calls per day
• Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
• Present professional, customized solutions aligned with customer needs
• Deliver a First-Time Fix approach using proven systems, quality tools, and training
• Provide consistent 5-star customer service
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle

Pay & Benefits

Compensation

• On-target earnings up to $150,000+ annually
• Overtime available after 40 hours per week
• Bi-weekly paychecks
• Great earning potential - commission and bonus opportunities available in addition to regular pay

What You’ll Need

• Illinois Plumbing License required for IL locations (Bridgeview & Elgin)
• Indiana license or registration for Hobart, IN (as required by state law)
• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Willingness to complete background check and onboarding requirements
