Our point of difference
Neuplan is a high-performing construction & project management consultancy, comprising around 50 professional consultants embedded across a larger team. Throughout each stage of the project life cycle, we consult to construction, mining and resources clients across contracts management, project delivery, project engineering, estimating and project controls, and legal advisory services.
Working directly with principals, producers, tier 1 and tier 2 contractors and engineering houses on projects of varying size and scope, we provide our clients holistic project management, planning, delivery, and ongoing commercial management solutions. We particularly focus on servicing clients within:
- mining & resources - process and NPI (commodities including gold, iron ore, lithium, rare earths and other precious metals)
- civil works and construction
- large industrial infrastructure
- public transport infrastructure (roads, rail, and bridges)
From project conception, feasibility and initiation through execution, commissioning and close-out phases, Neuplan also regularly provides discrete construction management, contract administration and strategic management services to meet our clients' ongoing project engineering, delivery, controls, legal and HR advisory requirements.
