We're now looking for a sharp, ambitious Data Analyst to join our team and help us scale even further.

What you'll be doing:

• Dive into large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business decisions

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that become essential tools for our teams

• Develop and maintain data driven pipelines which are crucial parts of production business systems. 

• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into data solutions

• Ensure our data is clean, accurate, and reliable—because good decisions start with good data

• Collaborate with our CTO and tech teams to maintain data integrity and security

• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

We're looking for someone who has:

Experience & mindset:

• Experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role where you made things happen with data

• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and extract insights that actually matter

• A detail-oriented mindset, you care about accuracy and completeness

• The skill to translate messy business questions into clear, actionable recommendations

• Hands-on experience cleaning, preprocessing, and transforming data

• Ability to explain complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience creating reports and dashboards people actually use

• The drive to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Technical skills:

• Must have:

  • Python/Pandas & SQL – essential

• Nice to have:

  • MongoDB aggregations – big plus since it's our core database

  • Polars, DuckDB, Spark – familiarity or willingness to learn

  • ElasticSearch – experience is a plus

  • RapidMiner or similar tools
