đź’Ľ Ngarliyarndu Bindirri Aboriginal Corporation (NBAC)
We’re looking for a sharp, switched-on Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO: someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and getting things done without unnecessary layers.
Our CEO is hands-on, approachable and practical. This role suits someone who can keep pace, think ahead, and bring order to busy days, while also enjoying a bit of creativity and connection.
About the role
This is a trusted, end-to-end EA role supporting the CEO, Board and Chair. You’ll manage priorities, protect time, keep governance running smoothly, and act as a calm, capable point of contact.
You’ll also support social media and digital engagement, helping share what NBAC does and why it matters mainly across Facebook and Instagram.
What you’ll actually be doing
- Managing the CEO’s diary, inbox and daily priorities
- Preparing meeting papers, briefs and follow-ups
- Coordinating Board and Committee meetings and documentation
- Being the go-to person for senior stakeholders
- Handling confidential information with professionalism
- Keeping systems, documents and workflows organised
Plus a creative edge:
- Managing and updating NBAC’s Facebook and Instagram pages
- Helping shape content ideas and simple storytelling
- Engaging positively with the community online
- (This is not a marketing role, just a chance to bring creativity into an EA position.)
This role is for you if you…
- Are organised, proactive and calm under pressure
- Enjoy working alongside the CEO and an Aboriginal Chair and Board, supporting good governance and meaningful outcomes for community.
- Don’t need micromanagement to get things done
- Can switch between detail and big-picture thinking
- Enjoy writing, communication or social media on the side
What we offer
- $80,000 per annum
- Housing allowance of $9,880 per annum (pro rata)
- Monday to Friday role
- Flexibility, including WFH, for the right candidate
- Meaningful work in a values-driven organisation
