Parkway C&A, LP is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve supporting the Marketing Manager in various responsibilities, including producing marketing collateral, responding to RFPs/RFQs, and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for marketing within the AEC industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our firm through strategic marketing initiatives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide marketing support to firm leadership in a variety of market sectors.
- Assist with design and production of proposals and qualifications packages—in collaboration with business development, leadership, and other team members— to ensure the response is comprehensive, competitive, client-specific, and compliant with RFP Requirements.
- Write, edit, and tailor boilerplate content including firm profiles, resumes, project descriptions, and cover letters.
- Maintain and update a library of standard marketing collateral, resumes, project sheets, and other content.
- Use Adobe InDesign and other design software to produce visually compelling materials.
- Support other marketing and business development activities, such as award submissions, website updates, social media content, and trade show support, as needed.
- Administrative marketing, business development, and leadership support.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
EDUCATION & TRAINING
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction or related industry.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate-level knowledge in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Possess excellent communication skills (both oral & written) with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
- Able to quickly learn new technologies, programs, and databases.
- Requires strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively to meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Possess ability to be a self- starter; resourceful, dependable, and accountable.
- Build and maintain favorable working relationships with team members across departments.
- Ability to work with Integrity, Trust, and Respect; setting an example for others.
