The primary purpose of the Graphic Designer is to support the Brand and Marketing function by creating high-quality, on-brand visual content for Korridor’s marketing, sales, and internal communication needs. The role focuses on translating brand strategy, campaigns, and product messaging into clear, professional, and engaging visual assets across digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency with Korridor’s corporate identity and brand guidelines.

Duties and Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Design and develop visual content for marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media content, presentations, brochures, flyers, and sales collateral.
  • Create on-brand assets aligned to Korridor’s corporate identity, tone, and visual standards.
  • Support product and campaign launches with relevant creative material.
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand Manager to interpret briefs and execute creative concepts accurately.
  • Adapt and resize artwork for multiple platforms and formats (digital, print, in-platform, events).
  • Assist with internal branding requirements such as presentations, reports, and internal communications.
  • Ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints of the Korridor brand.
  • Prepare artwork for print and digital distribution, ensuring correct specifications and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple design requests while meeting deadlines and priorities.
  • Maintain and organise design files, templates, and brand assets.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to corporate and fintech environments.
  • Support event branding needs, including signage, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Work collaboratively with external agencies or suppliers when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Relevant design certifications will be advantageous.
  • Valid Driver’s License and Passport will be advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 – 4 years’ experience in a graphic design role (corporate or agency experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate, digital, and marketing design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Experience designing for both digital and print platforms.
  • Understanding of brand guidelines and corporate branding principles.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing will be advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and layout.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret briefs accurately.
  • Organised and structured approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and open to feedback and revisions.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
