- Actively acquire new B2B clients and develop sales of recruitment and outsourcing services.
- Leverage your existing professional network and business relationships to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and executive-level meetings, through proposals and negotiations, to contract closing.
- Build long-term, partnership-based relationships with decision-makers at C-level, HR and Operations.
- Collaborate closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure high-quality project execution.
- Identify new business opportunities in Poland and international markets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within large organizations in recruitment, outsourcing, consulting, or professional services.
- Proven sales track record and an established portfolio of business relationships.
- Experience in selling advanced HR solutions (recruitment, RPO, outsourcing, dedicated/project teams).
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders (C-level, HR Directors, Operations leaders).
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven mindset, ownership of outcomes, and high level of independence.
- Experience in international markets and German language skills are a strong asset, but not a requirement.
- Very good command of English.
