We're seeking a highly motivated System Administrator who will play a pivotal role in managing enterprise IT infrastructure and supporting global operations.   • Administer Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager for Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Configure Autopilot, compliance policies, and profiles for global users.
  • Oversee patch management and various compliance updates across endpoints and servers. Perform regular system updates, patches, and configurations to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Manage Azure Active Directory, including RBAC, MFA, and conditional access.
  • Implement IAM policies and maintain secure access controls.
  • Configure device compliance, conditional access, and endpoint protection policies, including Windows Defender, BitLocker, and Windows Hello for Business.
  • Lead technology projects across the globe, with a primary focus on APAC and EMEA regions.
  • Collaborate on AVD management and testing for availability, enhanced security, and reliability.
  • Respond to system incidents, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with vendors for swift issue resolution, escalating cases when necessary.
  • Work closely with CloudOps, Security, and IT Operations teams.
  • Provide Tier-2/3 support for end-user requirements and issues. Take ownership of users' technical problems from the initial report to resolution, manage user expectations by communicating estimated response times, and consistently meet SLAs for response and resolution times, employing a customer-centric approach.
  • Generate monitoring reports to assess usage, performance, and availability, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues in servers, networks, and cloud services.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including diagrams, configurations, inventory, and procedures, contributing to a robust knowledge repository.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the organization's IT systems, including AD, M365, Azure AD, Intune, and other IT infrastructure.
  • Follow change management processes and document changes, updating inventories accordingly.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. Continuously update skills and certifications to enhance job performance.
  • Experience: 5 to 9 years in IT operations with expertise in Intune, Azure AD, and endpoint management.
  • Technical Skills: Autopilot, compliance policies, IAM, MFA, RBAC, MAM, Intune, AD, M365.
  • Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting ability, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
  • Plus: Understanding of tools like MS Teams, CyberArk, MS AVD, and Mac management is an added advantage. Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Power Automate) for automating tasks is a plus.
  • Location: Pune, MH (with occasional EMEA time zone support) 
  • Certifications: Microsoft MD-101, AZ-900, ITIL preferred. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered.
