HSE Systems Administrator

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HSE Advisor to join our Telecommunications team on an initial 6-month contract. This newly created office-based role will focus on updating HSE systems and management plans to ensure compliance and support delivery of our nbn N2P project. While the role is initially short-term, there is potential for extension depending on project requirements and work volumes.

What you’ll be doing

• Update and maintain HSE systems and management plans.

• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Assist with reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.

• Foster a strong safety culture through effective communication and system management.

About You

• Approximately 2 years’ experience in an HSE role, ideally within project operations or telecommunications.

• Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Office 365.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
