The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic HSE Advisor to join our Telecommunications team on an initial 6-month contract. This newly created office-based role will focus on updating HSE systems and management plans to ensure compliance and support delivery of our nbn N2P project. While the role is initially short-term, there is potential for extension depending on project requirements and work volumes.
What you’ll be doing
Update and maintain HSE systems and management plans.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Assist with reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
Foster a strong safety culture through effective communication and system management.
About You
Approximately 2 years’ experience in an HSE role, ideally within project operations or telecommunications.
Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Office 365.
A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
