QA Automation Engineer (mid-level)

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our Global QA Team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing both manual and automated tests for applications that support key business objectives, while providing independent and objective quality assessments. You will collaborate with a small, dedicated project group while also contributing to quality initiatives across our global organization.

• Lead analysis to design and develop test cases for websites, web applications, and supporting infrastructure.

• Execute hands-on manual testing and develop automated test scripts to ensure high application quality.

• Act as a liaison between QA, business analysts, and product owners, providing clear feedback on application readiness for migrations and releases.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior testers and other team members.

• Knowledge of software development and testing concepts (SQL, XML, JSON, scripting).

• 3+ years of experience in QA automation using Selenium WebDriver, and Java or C#; Python.

• Experience testing web, API (REST), mobile (Appium), and performance (JMeter) solutions.

• Ability to design test strategies, build automated tests, and contribute to acceptance criteria.

• Experience with CI/CD, Agile (Scrum), Jira/Confluence, and cloud platforms (AWS).

• Analytical, detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills and adaptability.
